Privacy Policy

ServiFlow provides field-service business management software. This policy explains the information processed when you use our website, mobile application, client portal, and related services.

Information we process

We process account and contact information, business and team information, client records, service addresses, schedules, quotes, invoices, payments metadata, messages, uploaded work documentation, device and diagnostic information, and support communications. We process this information to provide, secure, support, and improve ServiFlow.

Service providers

We use infrastructure providers, including Netlify and its database services, to host and operate ServiFlow. If a workspace enables payment or communications integrations, the relevant payment, email, or SMS provider processes the information required to provide that service. ServiFlow does not sell personal information or use customer data for third-party advertising.

Location information

If a field team member grants location permission, ServiFlow can record a waypoint when they start, complete, or update a visit. Workspaces using Fleet Tracking can also record vehicle location while an assigned team member has an active visit and is using the field application. Authorized workspace managers can view this work-related location history. ServiFlow does not collect location when permission is denied, and team members can change location access in their device settings.

Retention and security

Information remains available while an account is active and is deleted when the workspace owner completes in-app account deletion, except where limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. We use access controls, encrypted transport, hashed session and portal tokens, and workspace isolation to protect information.

Your choices

Workspace owners can delete their account and associated workspace data from Settings inside ServiFlow. Clients can ask the business that sent their portal link to correct or remove client records. You may also use the support option inside the application for privacy questions.

Children

ServiFlow is a business service and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as ServiFlow changes. The current version and effective date will remain available at this URL.
