Terms of Use

These terms govern access to ServiFlow. By creating an account, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the business workspace and agree to use the service lawfully.

The service

ServiFlow provides scheduling, client management, quoting, job, invoicing, payment-recording, team, portal, reporting, messaging, and automation tools. Features that depend on third-party providers are available when the workspace connects and maintains the required provider account.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your account credentials, the accuracy and legality of information entered into ServiFlow, permissions from clients and team members, and compliance with messaging, payment, employment, tax, and consumer-protection requirements applicable to your business.

Subscription

ServiFlow offers Solo for $20 per month, Team for $50 per month, and Scale for $199 per month unless a different price is presented before purchase. Optional marketplace add-ons, taxes, and third-party usage charges may apply. Paid billing begins only after payment processing is activated and you confirm the purchase.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, send unlawful or unsolicited communications, interfere with other workspaces, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or use ServiFlow to violate another person’s rights.

Availability and liability

We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, ServiFlow is provided without implied warranties and liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the preceding twelve months.

Termination

You may stop using ServiFlow or delete your account from Settings. We may restrict access for material misuse, security threats, or nonpayment, with notice when practical.
